by your customers. Once they click the Banner Link, they are shown
several options that allow them to Request an Estimate,
Place an Order or Place a Re-Order.

enable your Internet Order & Quote system is only $595 and includes customization for your company on
the actual Web Pages. After the first year, you will be billed
$59/Yr for maintenance which covers web site costs and general
maintenance. New Printing Customers
may wish to acquire Millennium Order
Entry and Estimating at $2550 additional, however it is not
required. This Link will work with any estimating or
management system, including text based systems such as the
Professional Estimator, etc.

After your customer
fills out the appropriate request form, they are provided with an
immediate feedback that identifies the details of their request.
And almost instantly, you have their request in your mailbox
completely describing every detail of their request. By using
GraphiTech's Millennium Order Entry, the data is inserted into the
Order and a quote is generated by the estimator. Once the Quote is
complete, you finish the transaction in one of three ways: 1)
Email the completed quote to the customer; 2) Export the quote to
a PDF file and attach to your email; or 3) Fax directly to the
customer.
